Comment les examens peuvent-ils se tenir pendant la pandémie de Covid-19? Centre de compétences internationalement reconnu, l’IML a relevé ces défis survenus brutalement.
Formation à la communication en période de corona
Lorsque les cours en présentiel ont été arrêtés mi-mars, plusieurs temps de formation organisés par l’IML, notamment la formation à la communication avec des patient.es simulés (PS), ont eux aussi été touchés. Grâce au système de visioconférence de l’université, ces cours ont néanmoins pu avoir lieu.
Formation des traceurs de contacts
L’IML a aidé l’office du médecin cantonal de Berne à mettre rapidement sur pied une offre de formation en ligne pour les traceurs de contacts.
Intervention réussie de pairs tuteurs lors d’un ECOS formatif
En janvier 2020, l’Institut d’enseignement médical (IML) a organisé pour la première fois, à la demande de la faculté de médecine de l’Université de Berne, un temps de formation ECOS en 3e année, avec intervention de pairs-experts de 5e année. Les retours indiquent que ce fut une grande réussite.
