In addition, a commemorative publication enriched with interviews, those who have been actively involved in medical teaching and learning - will shed light on five decades of medical teaching. A documentary, chronologically arranged video on the history of the IML is also to follow at a later date. Excerpts from interviews with staff members of the Institute and with former partners will provide insights into the most important developments and decisions in medical education. We will capture moments in time using archived materials. The development of medical education through the ages will serve to highlight the dramatic transition from analogue to digital: from punch cards to tablet-based exams, from audio-visuals to e-learning and from lecture notes to podcasts.
