2019-11-27 Migration to the new infrastructure

Keyelements of the new infrastructure :

• The Manager runs with numerous improvements and bugfixes on a new virtual machine.
• The Examinator now has a database cluster of three dedicated database servers and a load balancer available for storing the exam results.
• The media are now stored on a separate media server.
• The generation of the preview images and the examination booklets are generated by eight servers in parallel.
